A note on enchilada & taco sauce...

For the Mexican recipes I needed these and was out of them, and certainly wasn't running to the store at the last minute. So incase you are even low on one or the other let me give you a tip ;) a small can of tomato sauce with some water and spices is your best friend! :) That is all.
